How to delete images in my allotted space

ok, what's the quick way to get to the point to where I can delete the images I've uploaded here (and filled up my allotted space) please... I've clicked "my albums" but don't see anywhere to start deleting "stuff."

You can delete attachments from this page:
https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/profile.php?do=editattachments

Threads older than one year are automatically locked. To delete those attachments, simply send me a PM with the link.

And for albums, click on "edit album" or "edit pictures" from within any album.
