A very useful feature, which I know many of our members use, is instant e-mail notification upon the receipt of a PM on the site.

Please be aware that while these e-mails contain the contents of the original PM that was sent to you, they are for informational purposes only. You cannot simply hit the e-mail reply button to reply to the original sender, as attempting to do so will merely result in a bounced e-mail to the webmaster e-mail account. In order to reply to the message, click the link provided in the notification e-mail to access your PM inbox, and then compose your reply.

The system works like this to ensure privacy of all member e-mail addresses. Should you still wish to communicate via e-mail with another forum member, please use the form provided in the contact tab of the profile, or obtain and e-mail address to reply to manually. Thanks for your cooperation - I'd just like to ensure that everyone knows how the system woks, so that you're not wondering why nobody has been answering those replies!

You'd be surprised how many bounced messages I see, despite the presence of "#############DO NOT REPLY TO THIS E-MAIL#############" headers at the top of all forum notifications
