Separation of Sticky Threads

In addition to last night's changes, I've now also separated sticky threads in certain forums in order to make browsing easier. Please refer to the attached screenshot for details.

Affected forums include:
-Latest Board News
-Site Suggestion, Errors, and Help
-Monthly Photo Contests
-Post Your Photos
-Photographer's Marketplace

Easy Article Browsing

Also, the article system now features an entirely new layout for the first post of each thread, as well as for replies. This is to simplify browsing and reading. Note that Articles with multiple pages of replies will remain at the top of the page regardless of the page of the thread you're viewing. Please refer to these two articles as examples:

Good work with this great forum! Can I ask for another change. In the marketplace it would be nice to see UK sale items split from the rest of the stuff. Or at least USA split up. then it would be easier to search by loaction. Maybe even ask people to specify country in their item description title?
