*EDIT - Can you close this? I'm an idiot and confused avatar and profile picture. Jesus, I feel retarded.



I've been trying to upload a profile photo but keep getting a failure message saying it's too large. I edited the photo to be 119x119 and only 3kb but still no dice. I'm thinking it could be a problem with some of my anti-virus, spyware or pop up software though it seems unlikely. I use nod32 with personal firewall, CounterSpy and AdMuncher, which filters any incoming data from the internet and removes ads. I'm going to try with everything off now and I'll post the results.

*EDIT - Just went to my profile to see if turning everything off would help and saw that the picture I want is there as my profile picture but not showing up in any threads of posts of mine. I tried deleting it and re-loading with all my software disabled and still the same thing. It's currently my profile photo but I even signed out and checked some posts and it's still not there.

Your avatar is correctly uploaded and is showing up on your profile page. You should make sure that you've enabled avatar display in your user CP options.
