One of the dimensions must be within that range, whether it be width or height. This obviously depends on the orientation of the photograph.

I'll be in Jacksonville Fl. for the Free Blues Festival the 4th and 5th and I'm sure you don't want all my days photo's since I'll take about 500 a day. But I should get a couple of gooduns.
