Even better, why not change the name of this website to K7forums.com?

I have visited forums that are model divided and left me feeling kind of out in the wilderness. It becomes sort of (for lack of proper terminology) "cast"-ish. Sort of those who for whatever reason, can buy the "better" equipment deserve a place-apart from the rest ....

Not to put a damper on the K7 party, but ...

I can't ever see buying another Pentax, given that Hoya can't even see fit to maintain
a supply of middle-of-the-road single focal length lenses.
(I refer specifically, of course, to the late lamented 35mm F2).

Sorry, but I just don't have $500+ to spend on high-end 'Limited' lenses.

If anyone is interested in a slightly used K200D and a 55-300, I'm all ears.

Personally I wouldn't see any difference if there was a K-7 related forum as I only ever use the 'Browse New Posts' view.

I used to browse forums 'manually' though and wouldn't have wanted a see a separate forum for each model of camera. I don't really see the point as they all basically do the same thing with just a few bells and whistles with each new model.

I would say that maybe a separate video forum in the future may be required.
