Why doesn't our outbox work?

Nothing ever goes into the Sent Items folder. I've seen many mention this before. No PM's I've sent since joining have ever been seen once I sent them. The problem lies in how I just sent a PM about a marketplace item (where time is of the essence) and the person states they never got it. Having an outbox would better help in knowing your messages went out.

Under your User CP, check your options under "Settings & Options", "Edit Options".

Namely, under "Messaging & Notification", be sure that "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default" is checked on.

OK, I set that and it seems to be working now, although I thought I sent two PM's and only see 1 in there. Thanks

I still have every PM since september 06 sittig in my outbox- it works!
