Trying to submit a photo for contest

No information is longer than 20 chars, but when I try to submit a photo for texture and lines photo contest I am getting this error message:

You specified a tag that was too long. A tag can only be 20 characters.

Where is the tag anyway? There is no such title in the page.

Also I can't leave the body empty.

All threads are automatically tagged based on title; no word can exceed 20 characters. Also, you will need to include at least some placeholder text in addition to your photo, i.e. "Here is my submission for this month".
