News Homepage Additions

I've two new live feeds to our homepage, and replaced the recent site news block with recent forum discussions. See the screenshot for details!

In the near future I also plan to improve the Homepage pages for Lens Reviews, Camera Reviews, and the User Photo Gallery.

Perhaps I'll add that later, but there really is no point as the homepage has no permissions-based content.
