Any ideas? Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Looks like that says it all. The reason for this is that we force all for-sale threads from new users to the moderation queue for security reasons. I see that you have posted many threads; I am now making them all visible!

I've now made all your threads visible, bumped them, and removed the duplicates. You should also not be receiving this error again in the future.

For future users getting this message, please be patient instead of posting each thread 5 times, as this costs the site staff a lot more time when approving your threads.
