Adam, great addition and I will make use of it. One question though, would it be possibleto increse the horizontal limit from 1000 to 1024?

Again, thank you

Heinrich

Let me check, although I'm pretty sure anything over 1,000 pixels will require horizontal scrolling on 1280x... screens.

Adam,
This is just a great addition.

One quick question:
Don't know if it's just my browser (Safari 3 on OSX) but when trying to embed photos from the popup prompt I don't get the image's URL inserted between the img /img code in the message body. Any way to fix this?

Could you post a screenshot? Also, try it out with Firefox, I've had it work in that an in IE, with the WYSIWYG forum editor.

Never mind Adam.
For some bizarre reason it's working now.

Should work on both. I will be uploading some photos of my own today, so I'll get to test it out again anyway.

I had the same error in Firefox 3.5.6. when using the camera icon in the reply editor. Here's an example of what happend -

I could have copied the link, but I used the very handy attachment feature instead.

The albums are a great addition. Thanks Adam!

Try using the WYSIWYG editor.

Thanks for adding this Adam, and for all your time with the site (along with the other admins of course). Saw someone else ask about alowing up to 1024 instead of 1000 and the reason for the 1000, but after just loading some photos, feel even with scrolling allowing 1024 would make life much easier for us as Flickr, Zooomr etc. usually create this size for us. I wanted to get some photos up today but just dont have time to go and start sizing, so I just loaded the medium size from Flickr and those are kind of a not great viewing size.

Still love that we can have an album with our profile though, so not complaining at all, just stating some facts.

thanks again

Well if the photos are already on flickr, you probably wouldn't have a need to upload them here as well. However- I hear you. I'll increase the size to 1024.

Thanks Adam, I also hear ya on the already there so why here thing, but it is also kind of nice for everyone to be able to stay right here and see what other members are shooting no? I am in no way planning to repost everything on flickr and zooomr, JPG yet again here. But would like a sample here to show other users that happen to stop by that I do indeed use my Pentax.

Anyway, thanks for listening and for agreeing to change to the 1024 max.
