The remaining lines just show the limits for your usergroup!

Also, I'm glad you guys are liking the albums- definitely a great addition for such a big photo forum

Will one be able to upload a photo from an album, let's say at its maximum allowable size (1000 pixels), directly to a thread/post as long as it does not exceed a limit of 300k?

I don't know what the 300k is referring to, but yes.

Just click the

icon in your quick reply (or the 'insert album photo' link from the main editor) and you'll be able to embed the photo without even opening another window!

Absolutely a perfect way to be able to do this so easily, especially for computer-illiterate guy like me!

As for the 300k "limit": the "weight" of each photo which can be uploaded/posted, isn't that correct?

There are no filesize limits for embedded media; once you've gotten the photos online, you can embed them!

Otherwise the limit for the albums is 1Mb per photo, and the limits for the user photo gallery is 1.5Mb per photo. Attached photos can be up to 700Kb.

Wow! Sure beats opening three tabs to add a link from a photo hosting site (that loads = maybe = ) to add a photo to a thread.

Took me a minute to figure out you have to close the album window to make the image load in the thread (my max was 7 grayed-out icons

). Once I got that part down this is a breeze!
