I am beginning to wonder if it would be prudent to designate a totally seperate Competition Category.

As it stands the Mini Challenges, Games etc category is becoming more and more difficult to navigate due to the many extra "Post Your ... " Sections.
Shadows, Reflections, Planes,Trains & Boats, Juxtaposition,Rust, etc etc. These are all fine but trying to keep track of Weekly, 52-2, PP competitions etc the result threads and closing dates is becoming more and more arduous.

I like the "Post Your..." Threads but a seperate place might make the whole thing easier and more popular.

Or is just me ???

I believe Adam is working on streamlining the competitions section as we speak.

Adam Forum subsections, sound like it would be worth a try. I would improve things, I am sure.

Regarding suggestions of titles

* Post Your Photos..."per Subject" (or maybe something similar)

* 52-2 Competition

* Weekly and PP Competition

*General/Other Threads

I dont know what works best for you, so these are put up purely as suggestions,.

Actually, I think I might have changed my mind regarding my "Make mini-challenges a sub-forum" thread. If you move the Post Your Photos..."per Subject" threads to a sub-forum in the Post Your Photo section, the challenge forum might become manageable again.

Bruce/Tim in agreement that there should be a better separation for actual games/contests and ongoing post your...Either method would work fine for me.

I'll see if there's any way to shorten those tags, but those general categories are probably going to be the ones we'll stick with.

Even splitting the Weekly and PP Challenge threads into their own subforums may be handy.
I do find navigating the mini-challenges section more difficult than it has to be.

Thanks-sounds good to me. I hope the threads that I started like rust,minimalism ans structure would be thematic challenges?? Not really a contest or a game. Appreciate your hard work and open ear
