Puzzled about move?

If General photograhpy is about techniques and styles why can I not ask a question about the correct technique in using rear sync; it is a technique is it not, much as HDR is a technique? Why it has been moved to lenses is beyond me.

Damn Brit

Because your question was more about the function of the flash than a photographic style or technique.

It's not in Lenses. It's in Camera and studio accessories. So I believe that's the correct forum. a flash is an accessory and often used in studio. Some posts will cross over between forums, so it's a judgment call on which place is most suitable sometimes.
