November 2007 Runner-Up: Flower of the Carnivorous 'Drosera Peltata'

Kickass plant with flowers less than an inch in size (taken with a Tamron 90mm macro lens on my K10D)

Thanks for that - these really are wonderful plants. Fascinating to humans, but no doubt the stuff of nightmares for anything insect-like below a certain size (and 'below a certain size' is surprisingly large - I've seen inch-long butterflies caught in flowers 1/4 their size)
