Took this photo last April at Yosemite Valley, in a river bent on Merced River just outside a parking lot close to Yosemite Village.
A guide from the Ansel Adams Gallery showed me this spot earlier that day, and after taking sunset photos of Half Dome from Sentinel Bridge I rushed to this spot for a few more shots.
This shot was taken at twilight, around half an hour after sunset. At first I was waiting the clouds to move, but they didn't. After all, the shot was pretty nice and the water reflections gave more light to the frame.
Oh, and it was my first day using my new Sigma 10-20mm f4-5.6, delivered to me straight at Curry Village during my vacations!
