Went through the images back and forth for several times, and there are a handful of very good photos, each worth nominating - but I still return to Konstanta's photo because of multiple reasons - so nominated!

Congratulations, Konstanta!

Your photograph has perfect composition and detail. Did you use a filter to get the halo effect around the lights, or did the fog do that for you? Either way, the result is stunning.

Many thanks to everyone who nominated my photo, and expressed praise and kind words addressed to me! It's very motivating!
Fogs - not very common where I live. (Maybe that's why I really like to shoot in foggy weather?)
That autumn day light mist began to fall to the ground in the afternoon, and I decided that if he will stay until the evening - you need to find a suitable plot, and make a few shots. I was lucky: Late in the evening the fog became very dense!
When shooting, I did not take any filters. (At the time, I simply was not). The result was quite satisfactory and does not require sophisticated post-processing. However, the resulting picture does not fully convey the MAGICAL FEELING OF THICK FOG, which I experienced during the shooting! So I took advantage of one of the presets plug-in Silver Efex Pro 2 from Nik Collection, slightly modify it. The result - in front of you!
Once again, a huge, huge thank you to everyone!
