June, 2016 Runner-up: Reflections of my Past

I finally got my mother to pose for me. She had a wonderful career as a nurse and nursed six children along the way. She is now 92 years old and still living in her home of 58 years which was built by my late father. My father made the mirror used in the photo. I am so proud of her for being who she is. She is still very independent and still always concerned for the welfare of her family.
