I had this shot taken from my car while waiting for the green light.
It was not sharp at all and i did not pay attention to shutter speed or aperture.
I just want to catch the moment and the mood.
I have edited the frame in photoshop and i wanted to give the image a news paper atmosphere,
quality being bad from the begining.
I hope still qualifies for the theme.
