I'd suggest visiting the Retouch Pro forums and seeing if somebody there can help you. realistically there's likely nothing you can do to split the photos automatically or even make the process easier, unless you have another photo that contains an identical or near-identical copy of the scene from the second exposure. Otherwise, your only avenue will simply be to manually retouch (clone / paint) out anything that doesn't belong in the picture by hand.

The difficulty will obviously depend on what your source image looks like, and how much of it is visibly doubled, and how much of the image shows the scene you want without anything visibly overlaid.
