Embedded, Camera Standard or Adobe Standard?

I'm still tossing up what is better!

I use the Camera Standard which gives far better and accurate colours than the adobe standard, however sometimes I find the greens especially tend to be almost too unnaturally strong.

Adobe Standard on the other hand tends to make my RAW images very dull.

So I am a bit confused here.

I use the camera standard, but I too find the greens a bit over saturated at times.
I frequently reduce the saturation in PP just a bit.

Do you muck around with the calibration sliders at all?

No, I just do it on a file by file basis, and honestly I use Photoshop more often than Lightroom for PP.
