My Port Townsend – A City in Photographs – 365 Two ways this is handled:
1: setting color option in driver
2: setting color options in application
Either way the profiles need to be local to the machine sending the print job.
I would upload the profiles to the server as well just to be on the safe side.
Also keep in mind that Raster printers (most inkjet) and Postscript printers handle printing differently.
Raster printers print the image (bitmapped) after it has been processed, which the driver handles. postscript actually process the image in the printer based on what the postscript driver downloads (postscript code).
I hope this helps.
