I'll assume this is meant to be a suggestion that people check out this PP product, so I'm moving it to the PP forum.

Okay, I downloaded the trial. I have only spent about 20 minutes with it, but ................
This has the potential to become my favorite editor.

Just to save folks some time...

This is the web page of the software package in question:
LightZone lightcrafts

This is the coupon code for a 20% discount on the $99.95 purchase price of LightZone: 200FF

This is the page on tjoos.com that describes the offer:
Lightcrafts.com Coupon Codes (1 available) - Tjoos

I tried this app about a year ago. My impression at the time was that it was slow and also rather slim on the features. I will look at it again.

In addition to making the zone exposure system pretty easy to use and manipulate, LightZone does support Linux natively, which is nice.

But I agree with rawr that it is pretty limited in some other ways, so after my trial a while back, I too decided to go a different direction.

I just played with it some more. It took nearly 3 minutes to save the jpeg.

judging from the examples, just looks superfluous to me. What does it do that fill light or exposure cant solve using my LR?

I don't think anyone would be recommending it as a *supplement* to LR, but rather an *alternative* to it. No doubt, not as full featured, but it is cheaper, and does seem to fit many people's way of thinking well, which is important.
