Aperture 2 Library Help

I am looking to split my Aperture 2 library into multiple libraries and was wondering how to do that. I know how to start a new library but how to move one set of projects into another library.

I don't know if you can do that with Aperture 2. You can with Aperture 3.

I think the easiest way would be to move your masters into a referenced library and then switch them back to a managed library.

Unfortunately, Aperture 3 is not possible for me right now. My computer is 10.4 and so old that I can't upgrade.
