Single Pixle Targeting - PS

I got to thinking, is there any way to specify an X,Y pixel coordinate then have Photoshop edit that individual pixel on its own, say turn it a certain color? Or any other way to do that quickly?

If not anyone know of anything that would make it relatively easier than manually going in and searching for the X,Y pixel, etc etc?
