SilkyPix now have a decent English manual!

Silkypix have announced a new distribution for their English version with a new update (3.0.13.5) which includes a re-written manual (now much better!). Read about it here:

To upgrade, simply download and install. If you have a registered copy, it will overwrite and run as normal. Here's the download link:

Shortcut Softwares store section and some links don't appear to be fully functional yet, but the download works fine. I suspect it's a fairly new website.

For those who have been baffled by SilkyPix's quirky and sometimes indecipherable descriptions and missed the benefits of this superb Raw converter, there is now help at hand!

Professional Photographer John Nevill has written a complete introduction to Silkypix and it is excellent. What's more it's only £2.50!

Highly recommended to anyone who is prepared to evaluate this software or indeed existing users who want to extract the best from SilkyPix.
