Using CS3 to process K-5 filters

When I shoot in DNG format with B&W filter set, CS3 processes the image as color. I'm going to try PEF format tomorrow but am wondering if Photoshop will process the special K-5 filters in raw. I've never really been in a hurry to upgrade to CS5 but if that version fixes the problem, then I'll consider it. Thanks for the advice.

No. I know I can't process PEF files from the K-x in CS3 and can't update to make that work. They stopped updating ACR for CS3 several years ago, and you have to upgrade to one of the later versions to process raw files from newer models.
