PSE 9 offline ?

Am I missing anything by not being online and logged in to Adobe every time I use PSE for editing/downloading?

I am occasionally online and logged in when I use it, but not all of the time.

Any thoughts?

Other than online Help, I can't think of any reason to be there.

Thanks for the replies. I just wanted to make sure there weren't some features that would need to be online to function properly.
