I've used the Pentax Remote Assistant software with my K10D to shoot several time lapse now. The first few were no problem, but the last few I did are pushing the software. The problem I ran into was that the Pentax Remote Assistant software has a limit of 99 shots and then you have to manually re-trigger it.

I love the fact it dumps each shot to my laptop and I like the various options available during shooting. The software interface could be better, I'll admit. Unfortunately, I've reached the point where the 99 shot limitation is a serious limitation in what I'm trying to do, causing me to miss a shot or three if I am not paying attention towards the end of the shot count.

Anyone know a way around this 99 shot restriction?

If not, any other software out there that performs similarly but doesn't have that shot count restriction?
