On a Mac that would be Command + 0 and it doesn't apply to dialog boxes.

In this thread the user yunhobest solved the problem by turning on Dock Hiding.

I got it to work not but I can't stand hiding the dock, it's very frustrating!

Something like this can happen in Windows if you've choosen to make system text and so on very big - this is nothing to do with individual programs, it's part of the system-wide settings. Can anything like this be done on a Mac?
