I was just wondering if anyone here has some ACR and Topaz Denoise presets for the K20D, I'm slowly getting better at working with both program but if there were some good Pentax type presets for me to start off from I'm sure it would help.

Mithrandir has a number of Lightroom presets that would make a good start for ACR. I wouldn't use noise reduction presets beyond what Topaz offers. The K20D has noticeably worse noise in dark areas and the amount of NR you need is very dependent on shooting conditions.
