yeah a small print would be much better but Shadman neverespecified the final size he wanted ( so i left it large -ish ) so the bigger the photo, the worse the IQ. Resizing those attempts would help

The brief wasnt to just convert a RAW - Shadman wanted his daughter to look good ! She's already a beauty, but there was a lot to do with the terrible scene setting in half dark, with bad noise and focus off.

Big blown section top left and part of the right side which has been cropped out but the shirt sleeve to the right was also partly blown. Its the best of a bad job really.

There is nothing can be done with the blown windows, it's gone forever. But that's the only blown section from what I can tell. I can email you my version if you like, though I am no master on PP either.

The last one is getting there. I should have looked at the EXIF before jumping in on this thread, What did the in-camera processing make of it - what's the embedded JPEG like, colourwise ?
