How to check integrity of DNG file?

It seems, that my NAS corrupted some files (DNG raws from Pentax K10D and Pentax K-7).
Is here any way to (automatically) check all files?
DNG 1.2 and aboce contains MD5 of raw content. But Pentax uses DNG 1.1.
Here is "RawDataUniqueID" field in each DNG, which looks like MD5 (16 bytes), but it isn't MD5 of raw data in DNG, I've checked it.

Maybe, it is known, which algorithm is used for this field and how to check DNGs?

Of course, I could process all files with "dcraw" utility and check for exit code (it is not possible to review 10000+ files by eyes!), but it will not help, if only data, and not a structure, is damaged.

Any suggestions?

How about using Adobe DNG converter? It can batch process directories, output temporarily and validate the DNGs, then you can remove the 'new' converted files afterwards.. ?
