Elements 6.0 Color Work Flow Question

Hopefully someone will be able to help me here.
I’m using Elements 6.0 and an HP Photosmart 8250 printer. In trying to work a color work flow into my pictures, I can’t seem to come up with the right combination. Here’s what I’ve done thus far with mixed results:
Camera – AdobeRGB
Monitor – Calibrated with SpyderPRO 2
Elements – Set to let Elements manage (AdobeRGB)
Printer – Set to ICM and Relative Colorimetric
Elements – paper profile loaded (default HP Premium Photo profile or downloaded ILford Pearl profile)
Elements – Relative Colorimetric.

I’ve tried switching to Absolute colorimetric, Perceptual, Saturation – nothing seems to work.

Here’s the odd thing – I can print straight from the Windows Fax and Image Viewer and get almost accurate colors matching the screen. Any ideas???
