Elements 6.0 Color Work Flow Question

Hopefully someone will be able to help me here.
Im using Elements 6.0 and an HP Photosmart 8250 printer. In trying to work a color work flow into my pictures, I cant seem to come up with the right combination. Heres what Ive done thus far with mixed results:
Camera AdobeRGB
Monitor Calibrated with SpyderPRO 2
Elements Set to let Elements manage (AdobeRGB)
Printer Set to ICM and Relative Colorimetric
Elements paper profile loaded (default HP Premium Photo profile or downloaded ILford Pearl profile)
Elements Relative Colorimetric.

Ive tried switching to Absolute colorimetric, Perceptual, Saturation nothing seems to work.

Heres the odd thing I can print straight from the Windows Fax and Image Viewer and get almost accurate colors matching the screen. Any ideas???
