Not exactly a tutorial, but this gives a pretty good overview of the features and what they do:

Lightroom 4 Tutorials

Try the Adobe TV video tutorials such as this one: Learn Lightroom 4 | Adobe TV

And there are more here: Learn Lightoom 4: Getting Started and tutorials and here: Products | Lightroom | Adobe TV

The tutorials are a few minutes each, so not too much to absorb in one hit. I often replay key sections to make sure I understand the concepts they are discussing (or pause, try the same thing out on my copy of Lightroom, then return to the video).

There were also a whole set of tutorials on Lightroom 3 somewhere on the Abobe TV web-site, many of which will remain relevant (or with minor adaption should also be applicable to Lightroom 4), although they might be a little harder to find now that Lightroom 4 is bing pushed.

Currently still on Lightroom 3.6, waiting to see if the early Lightroom 4 performance problems get fixed. Early feedback on the very latest update appears to be encouraging.

I have watched many tutorials on LR and find I can learn faster by using the program. A reference book is worthwhile for finer points. Kelby's book on LR3 is useful, though I could do without his chatty style. I imagine a book on LR4 will be out soon.

True, but when it does, we know that the only instructions it will give on LR4 is that it is mostly harmless, and these will appear on page 42.

George Jardine videos are great. I have LR3 and just purchased LR4 versions. They come as two series Library and Develop. Check out his web site.
I have these book and find them very useful. Lightroom 3 the missing FAG and Martin Evening's Lightroom series.

I've got a lot of good help from this site. Scroll back a couple of months. This site had some really good video instruction when the official LR4 version was released.
