What do you mean marketing hyping, the DR is still the same with those because it depends on how white the paper and how black the blackest inkt is so HDR printing can not be done.
They have a wider colour range.

Oh, it saddens me greatly to see how the digital imaging world has forgotten that "HDR" means "High Dynamic Range!" Not much range lower than a print on paper...
