Pentax Exclusive gallery

Hello,
I have just copied and pasted an email & my response re my image upload in th Exclusive gallery upload, as per below:

Dear Phil Thomson IPA,

Thanks for your submission to the Pentax Exclusive Gallery! Unfortunately, your photo did not seem to include EXIF information, or it was not taken with a Pentax, both of which are a requirement.

If you uploaded a film photo, please minimally include the following EXIF metadata:
-Camera Make
-Camera Model
-Lens Name
-Focal Length
-Date taken

If you uploaded a digital photo, please ensure that the EXIF information has not been stripped.

Please delete the old photo and re-upload an updated version, or edit the photo here Merlot Dawn - Pentax User Photo Gallery and select the exclusive gallery category to resubmit it for approval.

All the best,
PentaxForums.com

Hello,
I don't know why the EXIF Metadata is showing as being stripped, because it is still showing up on my ACDSee Pro6 program when I open that file. Plus I have supplied the in the description as per what it says on the EXIF screen as per this information:

Pentax K 5 Camera. - 4 Sec. @ f16 ISO 100
Pentax 55-300mm lens - 55mm. CPL, ND8 and GND Filters.
A RAW image edited in ACDSee Pro4.
If there is something else that I should be doing please let me know.

Cheers,

Phil Thomson.

Try uploading the file here and seeing if it shows you the exif:
Check Shutter Count & Camera Manufacture Date Online - EXIF Reader

If not, then the file itself doesn't have any associated meta data. Since the gallery doesn't scale files, this is most likely the case.

From what you posted here yourself, to me it looks like you passed the Creativity score, but did not pass the Technique score. I would assume that one needs to pass both scores in order to be accepted.
