SILKYPIX question

With my Pentax K-500 came the SILKYPIX® Developer Studio 3.0 LE. I cannot seem to find a 'save as' function that will work in the normal fashion, saving a shot elsewhere with the edits made within SILKYPIX® Developer Studio 3.0 LE. Am I overlooking something?

I haven't used it, but a lot of software for RAW processing doesn't use the typical Save As command but rather tends to use Export (or other names) as the command name. From a computing standpoint, they tend to be the same thing although I think for how the software work Export does make a bit more sense.

Thank you, I think I have it sorted. As propiatory software Silkypix uses its own sequence of terms where instructive buttons and commands are concerned.

That's right. I used to use Silkypix Pro (I've never tried the software that comes with the cameras). The biggest issue with the program is terminology. I think it comes from translation, but for a relatively good RAW converter (the Pro version anyway), it can be quite challenging to use.
