Aluminum prints turning out green?

I recently ordered aluminum prints of two of my photos from Adoramapix, and both came out with a really strong greenish cast. It was really odd. One of them was printed on matte aluminum, and the other was matte white. I'd ordered a print of one of them before, and it came out looking like the picture on my monitor. What happened? Is this just the way aluminum prints work? Or is it a problem with Adoramapix or my batch in particular?

If they looked fine before, I would say Adoramapix blew it this time.
