Alternative to Aperture (Precision brushes)

I got really fond of "precision brushes" in aperture, but since its probably going to be phased out, I'm looking for alternatives.

one function I was really fond of was that you could non-destructively brush adjustments in/out as necessary.
(Well, I also enjoyed the library, but hey.)

What do you guys use?

I've had good experiences evaluating Capture One v8. It's similar to Aperture. Lots of quirks but Aperture had its fair share of quirks too.

I think I'll wait, hoping there's a Dx0 extension for in OS X. And too that they keep adding some Aperture features like custom keyworks, etc
