Lightroom 5/Adjustment Brush

With lightroom 5 I have been trying the adjustment brush to seperately adjust the sky in some photos, using the auto mask feature. However I always end up with a white halo on the edges, is there a way to get it to auto mask closer so i don't get the halo effect?

Reduce the feather to 0, but that will add a harsh edge. Your best bet is to turn off automask and use a small brush along the edge. That will spill over into the non-sky portion but will look a lot better in the end.

raise exposure in paint brush to match halo it out then lower Luminance in blues in HSL to where you want the sky
