I did use toolbox 4.9. I must have done something wrong! I removed everything and went back to square one. I kept tweaking the capability settings and finally it worked!!!! YAY!!!!

Thank you all sooo much! I have been struggling with this for a very long time. I have kept an old xp box setup solely for this scanner because I like it so much! Now I can lighten my load! :-)
