Exif data for K-3 AF-C Hold AF Status

Using ExifTool, is it possible to determine what the AF-C Hold AF Status was set to (C3 18. Hold AF Status custom setting)? I'm using a K-3, saving as .PEF

Custom settings generally aren't stored in exif, unfortunately.
