I can't find any other postings in here describing this.

I would like to have the date (when taken) printed onto the pictures when I have the pictures printed. Is there a "free" software that I can use?

I am pretty sure my camera doesn't have this capability to "flash" the date onto the picture's lower right corner like my old Super Program's Data back can.

I shoot mostly jpeg and some RAW.

Any suggestions?

I used to use Gena Photostamper many years ago when I was an inspector and needed photos for court. Judges like to see the date/time on the photo.

It's not free, but at $25 it's a very affordable shareware, and you have a trial period.
