Lightroom CC Slideshow Module not working!

I am a Lightroom CC subscriber.
Today I tried the Slideshow module for the first time ever.
All I got when I tried to run a slideshow was black screens. I did a Google search and found this is a common issue with no fix.
I'm paying a monthly subscription for a product that isn't fully functional????
Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

Mine works just fine. Since this is the first time you have used the module, do you know how it works? I would think that if this was a known significant issue, I'd would be seeing lots of reports in current forums and I don't. Hopefully it's a minor problem on your end that can get fixed easily.

There are threads about it on the Adobe Community forums and elsewhere.
I'm sure I'm doing everything correctly.

I also use slideshow all the time and haven't had a problem with it. You do have to have all the photos you want in the slide show in the same folder. You most likely know that already though. Can't think of anything else though. I open a folder in library or develop mode, click on the first photo, open slide show and everything is there.

It seems this issue was likely to be a problem caused by a combination of Windows 10 + My computer only having intel HD3000 integrated graphics + Lightroom CC

Something to do with that combination not providing openGL support

This only affected the slideshow module, everything else on Lightroom worked perfectly. It seems the slideshow module needs openGL

Anyways, I went out and bought the cheapest Nvidia graphics card I could find (Asus GT 730) and now the slideshow module works perfectly.
