DxO offers a free upgrade to Optics Pro 11 if you bought OP 10 on or after 1 April 2016:

The upgrade from v.10 to v.11 is worthwhile, but not as big as from v.8 to v.9 or v.9 to v.10.

DxO are gradually catching up with missing features (like redeye correction in this iteration), but also incrementally improving existing ones (e.g. processing with PRIME noise reduction is much faster in the latest version).
No doubt they will add stitching at some stage. What I do now is process the individual pano shots in OP, export them as TIFFs and stitch with Microsoft Image Composite Editor. ICE is excellent anyway.
The spot-weighted exposure compensation feature in v.11 is good, but designed mainly for people portraits. It doesn't recognise faces of the birds or animals I photograph, so I have to choose the spot manually.
