Setting up for photo editing question.

Hi, I'm starting to set up a budget photo editing area so I can start making prints of some of my photographs. I have the Adobe cc subscription, just bought a canon pixma pro 100 for $129 new and a Dell 24 in ultrasharp 16:10 monitor new for $200. I'm looking for a small 4x5 pen tablet new or used that will work well with lightroom and photoshop features. I'd like to spend less than $100 if possible . Any advice would be appreciated.

For years Iʻve had good experience using Wacom tablets and stylus and can recommend their Intuos Small tablets around $80:

Do you happen to know if it allows you to zoom or rotate image with hand gestures?

$6 more dollars and this Wacom Intuos CTH490AK gives you multitouch functionality which allows zoom/rotate, etc hand gestures for righties and lefties.

You might consider expanding your budget to include a screen calibration device, like a Spyder or Color Munki.
I had considered that. My brother has a device he will let me borrow thankfully.

Thanks, that looks like a good candidate to consider.
