noise ninja and LR2

I have some night pictures that needed noise taken off so thought I would try Noise ninja. I know it is not compatible with raw or Light Room so imported into PS element 6 modified with NN, tweaked with PSE and then saved as a TIFF or jpg file. Back in LR when I synchronized the folder the TIFF or jpg was all out of whack. Fouling around with it it was mostly a colder white balance but also changes in saturation and contrast.

Anybody else have this problem?

No, but please make sure that your color profiles are all the same for all those apps. (so not pro photo for lightroom and srgb for PS, etc...)

that's the only thing I can think of, off the top of my head to cause that, as I have a similar workfow (LR2 to PS -CS3)
