"Best" B&W conversion sharpening

I'm looking for a good B&W conversion sharpening method using PS3. With the advice of several folks on the forum I've culled out for methods and would like input on which one you favor. All involve sharpening in Image>Mode>Lab Color>Lightness channel

No1 ... SS @ 100/1/Lens Blur > USM @ 250./1.5/4

No2 ... USM @ 15/20/1 > SS @ 160/.2/Lens Blur

No3 ... Channel Mixer > 60/20/10 on Monochrome

No4 ... Channel Mixer > 60/20/10 on Monochrome > USM @ 100/1/Gaussian Blur

I hope the differences come out in jpeg. Thanks for any feedback or suggestions for another technique,
FHPhotographer

I think #4 is the best looking as far as I am concerned.
