Printing problem with Pentax DCU 5.7.2

I'm trying to print a K1 PEF image on an 8.5x11" letter size, using either my Canon Pixma Pro 9500 II or the HP 7612.
The problem I am having is pretty stupid - I get an error about an invalid parameter. No clue what it is.
I've tried adjusting margins and such, and it the error will go away.
When I actually print, I get a small image, taking up about 1/6 of the page, and underneath in an Italic, Strike-through font, a line with the filename, and two lines with shooting-related date/times.
It's not supposed to be printing any text, and was expecting the image to be full page, rotated landscape.
Any hints on how to solve this?
Scan of output attached.
Thanks in advance!

Save the image as Jpg or Tiff and print.

I agree with Wilhelm; First convert the Raw-data to TIFF.

At the same time; Yes, it's possible to print directly by DCU. Notice that you have three alternatives: Print bracketing, index or photo. For me it looks like you're printing thumbnails. Multiple images in a single page. Default metadata; File name, file and shooting date/time.. Select >Print Photo instead of >Print Index and select full page, fit to paper, autorotation, and select Do not print date and time.

Thanks Dabola! I was able to get a proper print, and will play with this some more.
It seems like even though I had Print Photo selected, it was not drawing the preview and printing the photo was actually giving me an Index.
When I went to the Print Index tab, it showed a proper index, then I switched back to the print photo tab, and it started working.
So there's either a bug or something isnt quite right with my settings.
I appreciate the help and suggestions from both of you folks!
